Refund policy

We want you to feel great about your purchase! If for any reason you aren’t happy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from when the order is placed. Please email us at hello@duetcollection.com and we will provide you with a return shipping label.

To be eligible, items must be returned in unused and unwashed condition and shipped within 7 days of receiving your return label. Returns will be issued a full refund minus a $10 return shipping fee. If you opt to return for store credit, we will cover the return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the return and send you a refund confirmation.

We offer free exchanges for a different size or color.
