Sizing
Fit is customized to duet and is meant to accommodate fluctuating postpartum sizing needs as much as possible. Fit guidance is included in the “sizing & fit” section of each product page to help you determine the size that will work best for you. If you have any specific questions or need more guidance with sizing, please reach out to us at hello@duetcollection.com.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders $125 and up, or $6 standard shipping on orders under $125. Orders ship from Pennsylvania via USPS or UPS and transit time is typically 3-6 business days. If applicable to your shipping location, we also offer expedited 2-day shipping (rate calculated at checkout).
We aim to ship items within 1-2 business days and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking provided. During holidays or special promotions, please allow extra time for shipping. We do not ship internationally outside the US at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel great about your purchase! If for any reason you aren’t happy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from when the order is placed. Please contact us at hello@duetcollection.com and we will provide you with a return shipping label.
To be eligible, items must be returned in unused and unworn condition and shipped within 7 days of receiving the return label. Returns will be issued a full refund once received, minus the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the return and send you a refund confirmation. We offer free exchanges for a different size or color.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and duetcollection.com issued gift cards, store credit and coupons.
All purchases of gift cards are final sale.
